Video: David Wolfe Grounding/Earthing Experiment at Longevity Conference
It is almost a sign of the times that we need to describe and define something that, in times past, we would have benefitted from naturally in our daily lives. I’m speaking of grounding, which is something we can do to allow us to get back in touch with the natural world by having direct skin contact, or at least via a natural material such as cotton, with the uncovered ground.
You may have noticed that our children naturally want to have their shoes off and walk on the ground, grass or sand. Well this practice of grounding has been shown to provide a range of health benefits, such as improvements in sleep, reduction in stress, relief of pain as well as boosting immune function.
Take a look at some powerful evidence for allowing nature to help us to heal. To find out about if your blood is too thick and sticky, you may find a bio-resonance scan very useful and insightful about other ways to help your precious body!
