Chicken Fajitas

Tasty high protein meal – great for a pre workout or post workout snack.

  • 5 tbsp coconut oil (or grape seed oil)
  • 1 lemon or lime (to rinse the chicken)
  • 2 tbsp all purpose seasoning (or 4 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos)
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli pepper
  • 8 Tortilla wraps (gluten free) (with linseeds and poppy seeds)
  • 2 onions (large)
  • 2 bell peppers (red, green, yellow your preference)
  • 500 grams organic skinless chicken breast
  • 1 avocado (optional)
  1. Cut chicken breasts, onions and bell peppers into slices

  2. Add all seasonings to chicken and mix in thoroughly, then leave to marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight

  3. Add oil to pan and heat on medium heat

  4. Place chicken in pan and brown one side

  5. Turn over chicken breast and brown other side

  6. Then stir fry for another five minutes

  7. Add onions and bell peppers and stir fry for two minutes

  8. Make up the fajitas by adding chicken, onions and bell pepper slices into the tortilla wrap

  9. Serve with Avocado and you’re done!
