Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp coconut oil or grape seed oil
  • 1 lemon or lime to rinse the chicken
  • 2 tbsp all purpose seasoning or 4 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli pepper
  • 8 Tortilla wraps (gluten free) with linseeds and poppy seeds
  • 2 onions large
  • 2 bell peppers red, green, yellow your preference
  • 500 grams organic skinless chicken breast
  • 1 avocado optional

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts, onions and bell peppers into slices



  2. Add all seasonings to chicken and mix in thoroughly, then leave to marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight

  3. Add oil to pan and heat on medium heat

  4. Place chicken in pan and brown one side

  5. Turn over chicken breast and brown other side

  6. Then stir fry for another five minutes

  7. Add onions and bell peppers and stir fry for two minutes

  8. Make up the fajitas by adding chicken, onions and bell pepper slices into the tortilla wrap

  9. Serve with Avocado and you're done!
